By browsing this site or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these terms. If you access materials on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to enrolment communications you send us.

Services described

Securenetanalytics provides educational content about spending policy audits. Pricing pages are informational. We do not operate a payment checkout on this website. Course places are confirmed through direct correspondence and separate invoices where applicable.

Intellectual property

Course workbooks, sample plans, templates, and site copy remain the property of Securenetanalytics or our licensors. You may use materials for internal training within your organisation when a licence is granted at enrolment. You may not resell, publish, or redistribute materials without written permission.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, misrepresent affiliation with Securenetanalytics, or upload unlawful material through contact forms.

No professional advice

Content is for education only. It is not legal, audit, tax, or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for decisions taken in your organisation.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Securenetanalytics is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or courses. Our aggregate liability connected to a paid enrolment is limited to the fees paid for that enrolment in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under United Kingdom law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom may bring proceedings in their home courts where mandatory rules allow.
