Refund Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026. This policy applies to paid Securenetanalytics course enrolments confirmed by invoice. This website does not take payments directly.

Eligibility

Refund requests must come from the payer named on the invoice or an authorised finance contact. Seats purchased as part of an Assurance Circle package are handled at package level unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Timeframe

For live cohorts, a full refund is available if you cancel in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the first scheduled session. Between thirteen and five days before the first session, a 50% partial refund may apply. Inside five days, fees are generally non-refundable because facilitation costs are committed.

Self-paced access

Audit Desk self-paced licences may be refunded in full within seven (7) days of access credentials being issued, provided less than twenty percent of modules have been opened. After that threshold, fees are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Travel booked for on-site facilitation, third-party venue costs already incurred, and custom scenario design work started for private deliveries are non-refundable once work has begun, unless we cancel the engagement.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) working days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Securenetanalytics

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled seats. We are not responsible for personal travel you arranged independently.

Exceptions

We may grant goodwill exceptions for documented medical emergencies or bereavement. Statutory consumer rights in the United Kingdom remain unaffected where they apply.
